I charge 85% cancelation fee for no call no show. 50% fee for cancelations less than 24 hour notice 20% fee for cancelations with a 48 hour notice. If you are going to arrive to your appointment late, I ask that you let me know, so we can discuss rebooking or keeping the appointment.
